Testing note: ChatGPT was tested on the paid Plus plan using GPT‑5.6 Sol Medium. Claude Sonnet 5 Medium, Gemini Flash and Monica Basic Model were tested using free access. Monica did not disclose which underlying model powered its Basic Model. Quality scores, speed and pricing are therefore reported separately.

Each assistant received the same five prompts in a new chat. we evaluated only its first response without corrections or follow-up instructions. Scores reflect accuracy, instruction-following, practicality, clarity and how ready each answer was to use.
